Transcriptionist needs affordable captioning software that works with voice recognition, and match video to captioning

"I'm a Self-employed; transcriptionist, copy-editor and website quality control specialist.

A problem I face in my work that it is currently expensive and difficult to match captioning to video.

I need affordable captioning software that works with my voice recognition software that would enable me to download video and match captioning to it without exorbitant cost.

I would pay up to $1000 for this software.

A software developer could and would make money in this area, but to make money you'd likely need to market to large business consumers which would eliminate the middle man; specifically, if you know a way to allow me to convert Word documents into dfxp files that would be awesome; not plaintxt files but actual Word documents."
