Restaurant manager wants easier way to manage documents for part-time hires

"I am a Manager of a small local restaurant (20-30 employees, all part time besides two or three). Most employees work about 10-15 hours a week.

Our main issue that could be solved by software is the hiring process. Due to the lack of hours available we have a lot of employee turnover.

We need a service that can provide new hires with tax documents online when they are hired and then can keep those documents filed away for us so we don't have to have the physical copies taking up space in our small office. I look at the software as a program to help distribute the paperwork over email to the new hires as well as keeping everything organized for us in the office.

I would pay for this software, I'm not sure the exact price. As a one time fee, I'd be willing to pay a lot, at least $500 because it would save a lot of hassle and time. I would also be willing to pay each month as a subscription."
