Wedding photographer needs all in one software

"I am a professional wedding photographer in the digital photography industry.

The most painful problem we face that could be solved with software is book-keeping. There are no apps or software that collectively and easily keep track of all things photography businesses need. Balancing and keeping track of client contracts, client deposits, client questionnaires, engagement session dates, payment due dates, workflow, business mileage, business income, business expenses is a real task and when you take 15+ weddings a year it can really bog you down keeping track. In fact to make sure you don't miss sending out a '6 weeks till your wedding' questionnaire, or a 1 year anniversary card or an engagement session gallery we have to keep track of everything in multiple places. I keep a written planner, an online word document for every one of these aspects separately, an overall word document with a calendar of dates, a calendar on my iPhone that updates with my iMac as well as my iPad.

The software would keep everything in one place, be user friendly and available to look at, make changes and or additions to on all platforms (cell, tablet and computer).

I would easily pay $30/monthly for software like this."

I'm up for designing this... It won't take much time if we bullet-point everything you need. And maybe even think bigger. Make a software for all categories of photography industry.

can the OP give his/her opinion on http://www.studioninja.co/ ? it seems to do the majority of the tasks needed, and considerbly lower than the $30/mo suggested fee.

"There are no apps or software that collectively and easily keep track of all things photography businesses need." I do not work for Sprout Studio, but I.was curious by your remark because there are existing systems available. Why not use an existing system like Sprout Studio (https://sproutingphotographer.com/sproutstudio/) to accomplish what you want? Are there any features that are lacking on Sprout Studio you'd like to have?
