Real estate firm needs to track energy consumption and remotely control heating, cooling, and lights for its properties


"I am a Project manager/Property Manager for a small Commercial Real Estate firm with 5 employees. We own a variety of mixed use property along with the development of two Hotels and a data center office tower in Milwaukee, WI.

One of the biggest issues that we face is tracking energy consumption of all of our properties and having all of the data compiled into one user interface. Also having the ability to control heating, cooling, lights ETC for multiple asset classes from one single user interface. possibly combining security cameras and door access as well.

The ideal software would give me the ability to control these environments remotely.

I would be open to monthly fees or a one time fee. Depends on the product."

wow, to accomplished this need a lot work and the hardware must support software to do such thing. no idea how to implement it.

Sounds doable - but i'll need (a lot) more info on what your setup is, what points you want monitored, what existing BAC is present and what needs to be added. I also assume each location has internet access? For security cameras and door access, I would need information on them as well. Lots involved, but doable given the right conditions.
